I will take one for the team. I will take two for the team as a matter of fact. Oh hell with it I will take them all for the team. I am that kinda gal.

Well.. I finally made it to midnight made one error today.. not too bad. Was at least productive quite a bit today. lost count but did something like about 45 files. Not too bad for a newbie. I did manage to get my living and dining room clean this morning. I need to vacuum, and wipe down my bathroom.. then tomorrow will be focused on the kitchen of doom. And thursday morning I will probably work on my porch which is where I throw all things that don't need my attention right now. Like, yard tools, my bike, empty boxes, clothes to donate, etc. Mostly i just need to keep them in one corner so it's not so scary looking. I only care because i have a new person coming to thanksgiving this time and I want my family to scare her away, not my house.. haha. With it's gaping hole in the roof and being in the ghetto.. scary enough, doesn't need to come in thinking oh great it's a hoarder house.. hahaha.

Okay so after finally catching up on the last 15 pages, I see that everyone is telling a little bit about themselves?
Hubby and I ahve been marries 28 years. We have 2 beautiful daughter, one is married and we now have a handsomely/cute 19 mo GS. Our youngest daughter lives at home and I am her full time caregiver. (her web site is listed below my signature).

We have lived all over the US and in Saigon, Vietnam as Baptist missionaries. (our girls were little when we went over)After being 'caught' and put under house arrest the Lord brought us safely back to the US.

I used to quilt with my GM YEARS ago, then got into scrapbooking when the girls were younger, now I am back into quilting, more so than scrapbooking. I quilt for 'therapy'.

I enjoy doing the different swaps on here as it givem me an opportunity to meet some really great people, learn differnt techniques and trade out some really fun quilting stuff.

I have the material for my partners runner but won't be able to get started on it until after Thanksgiving.
BTW: HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!

travelinggramma - You figured it out! EVERYONE is colder than me, even other parts of Arizona! It's still in the 60's during the daytime here! (And I'm wearing long sleeves... brr!)

I didn't get very far with my runner last night. I had one of "those" sewing nights, where nothing was lining up right, and it was 'sew one, rip two'. So I finally (after cussing out the cat for watching me sew too closely) called it a night and put it all away. Unfortunately, it won't be until this weekend now before I can work on it again. For some strange reason, DH would be offended if I pulled out the machine after Thanksgiving dinner and ignored his family to work on my sewing...??

I regularly... because I'm antisocial and having all those people in my house freaks me out after about 10 minutes.... work on things on my computer after we all eat no one in my family cares.. course if they did, they could get out... it's my house.. So this year I will be working on math homework. Maybe I'll get the whole family to play a math game and somehow get them to do my homework for me... hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. There's an idea.

You can send apple pie to me, would look great on my kitchen table I'm sure. Be careful what you wish for Miss A, you may have more players than what you really want. If they're good at math that'd be okay, if not......do you really want an F in that class? Might be safer if they watch football and clean up the kitchen.

I usually just let all four dogs in. They run the company out pretty quick, especially the two Malinois!
