April Mini Quilt swap

This is sort of a mixed medium quilt. I used applique embroidery fabric pens and embellishments. A first for me there also.
Here is my list of what is wrong with this picture
1. Peach sky
2. Purple grass
3. Green Moon
4. Mismatched eyes
5. Door is sideways
6. Flowers growing from the sky
7. Rabbits and Frogs flying
8. Rabbits and Frogs falling out of sky into pond
I originally intended to make a butterfly and have it flying upside down,. but I didn't make the center big enough to do both the frogs and the butterfly. It felt too crowded with a butterfly. It was fun to make this and come up with the ideas. I wish I could have found buttons for the frogs and bunnies to be more the same size but those are what I could find. I also had some cars and tractor buttons I thought about putting in the grass but was afraid that would be just too many buttons LOL

The truth be told sir, your name prompted this quilt and also, story of my quilting world, my husband does all the cooking for me while I do all the quilting. When he is out of town, I generally end up eating eggs all week because I don't like to cook and love chocolate to much.

CarolinePaj let me know the mini I made her made it to the UK. Here's a couple of pics I actually remembered to take before I mailed it. The lighting just wasn't great, but it's the best I could get.
