Without entering the 'do not disturb' room devoted to Boom 11 and Boom 12, I believe I've rec'd 4 packages of completed blocks to date. I still have 5 more blocks to stitch and I know others are still working on theirs so it will be a while yet. The 'in my hands' deadline is May 10 so I wouldn't expect all the packages for a couple of more weeks anyway. From the pix, I'd say they are worth waiting for! Beautiful blocks ladies!

Two more for me. The first is for KatsKid, a Darting Minnows block, or at least that's one name. This one was fun since I usually stick to squares. it's been a while since i worked with templates and it was a bit challenging for me. (Give me an hst for ease!)

The second is for Marcialee. i wanted to make a Pinwheel block all along since the fabric had such movement but I kept thinking it was too simple. Eventually, my gut won out and a Pinwheel it is. Also, I reversed the light polkadot fabric so the what you see is actually the back. I like it better that way and the color coordinates better with Marcialee's. (Sometimes i like the backs of fabrics better than the front.)
