Was curious if those that didn't send there blocks out would be doing it anytime soon. I have mine ready to put together and was curious before I did it.

I think the blocks we didnt receive and the returned F8's that we sent are just gone. I am assuming the swap is over and I made a quilt out of the blocks I did receive. I think I was missing 3-4 out of the 35 in the last swap. The Winter block went real quick at lst but Im still missing 8 blocks. Hope I get most of them back!

I just finished quilting the first of 2 twin sized quilts I am making from my blocks. This quilt has green sashings. The other one will have blue sashings. They will live on twin beds in the same room. Thanks again for all the beautiful blocks=ks you made for me!

hugs, Jup

More inspiration to finish up your tops... here is one that I finally got put together from the Boomerang 5 East swap in late 2011. I made 6 blocks to finish up and the 4 half blocks for fillers. We staggered them with the black dots and really like how it ended up. I provided the rainbow striped fabric and asked for "fun & funky" blocks and I think everyone came in a winner. I wanted to use it for a fund raiser for our family readiness group (FRG -Army National Guard Families) but I don't think I will get it finished in time...maybe for next year.

Dad is such a slave driver I might actually get all my blocks together sometime. I've got blocks for a patriotic one yet and a funky chicken layout along with a funky cat layout....my brain is tired.

Have you gotten to the blue quilt for Izabella yet? Maybe I just missed the picture of it.
