If I have you in a wrong list or no list please let me know. I am really enjoying this swap. Thank you all for swapping with me.
The blocks are slowly tickiling in and I am really enjoying all of them. Thank you BOOM swappers! I have learned so many new patterns. It is atleast half the fun. I also enjoy picking out each patter and the fabrics to go with the F8 that I received.

I absolutely love fusible batting. I used to by one by White mountain? I just had a roll of regular batting here that was gifted to me so well you use it right? should have used it for dq's and what nots not a real quilt. it was tough. I have never had cardboard feeling with the batting Kelly. Its been just about like all the other cotton battings you can buy. And it holds but its not like using elmers. its like static hold/ so it can move too. I just am beyond thrilled that I finished. it leaves the house today for a new home and I am done. Lots of lessons learned like check the backing, roll the quilt (after trying four rows not rolled duh how easy is that) and never ever piece a back its not for me. like never again. I like solid one piece backing. that I can do. oh oh and MY RAIDERS won yesterday (wish the season ended with that high note for sure). here is a pic of the mystery quilt that wore me out. finished after midnight and now its play time! note how many seconds oh say three before my quilt inspector tested the quilt. then off to the wash it went ..![]()

Here today... why what a lucky bunch we are.
Linda, thats VERY pretty. I love to hand quilt but I hate having to deal with the batting and the backing and trying to keep it straight while I tack it down in my small house. Its easier to send it to the couple that does the machine quilting for me and pay to have it done right...PLUS they do the binding so dont know if I will ever hand quilt a large quilt again, just the lap robes or the wall hanging! I love your colors together in that quilt!
People may not remember what you looked like or what you said but they will always remember how you made them feel!

wow Elisabrat...that is pretty. I am a Patriot's, GreenBay Packers fan. The Pat's lost yesterday but it was a terrific game. The GB's won. Can't get them all I guess.
I am still missing some growns up squares and with only two weeks left, I am getting antsy.
Well off to work on the Easy Street mystery quilt.

Dreaming of New England while being stuck in So. Calif.(the asphalt jungle of the world.) But hey the Happiest Place on Earth is here.
Well, I'll admit it!!! I'm a HUGE Saints fan. It doesn't matter if they win or lose, there is ALWAYS a party on Bourbon Street.![]()
Life is full of surprises, some good and others bad. Enjoy the good times, and prepare for the bad times, as long as you are still standing, nothing will tear you down!
