Areinn glad your posting. Such a lovely bunch of coconuts we are so get goofy let loose heck half of us (not me) are tying in our jammies with our hair uncombed and unbrushed teeth, especially those who get on here like at 4:30 am and type..NOT ME OF COURSE as I would NEVER do that unless I forget to get ready first in which case I forgot about it. Story of me life these days.

I love that white and bird block. I had read and thought it was not a bad suggestion to wait and send it ..let the receiver get the first suprise.. if they cant post it then we post it. So dont show me my pics here as I love suprises. I promise to post your blocks as they come back.

Marybeth is getting her block back from me tomorrow. I have pulled my fabrics for the Dr. Seuss fabric and might have that one done in time to mail it back for the five oclock pick up here.. otherwise it first thing Wed. Docs all morning long but there is all that aftrnoon time after my huge nap.

QMomma, so sorry your back is giving you grief. I hope it is only momentary. It is hard being wonder woman isn't it? I will pray your feeling much better come morning and hey with 35 blocks from just this one swap alone to do there is no rush to get your fabric out.. little bit at a time works good too. Course since mine is the last one your going to make really no rush there ..moons to get to it.
For the record: Marytoddliz is going to win our race. I forfeit :0 this way if I do magically beat her to the finish line then we both will be suprised. all her fabric being sent to me to well hang to it for her for just a bit say til I get my blocks all done.. that could help my magic act. So feel free to help me sabatoge the race a tiny bit I promise to not tell anyone. She will never figure it out. (uh huh).

I am excited to see your fabrics as they come in. I am not an over achiever, I just get worried I will forget you see and that is why I am trying hard to keep up with myself. This way you can let me know if I forgot to send you something, sent you double (might have) or didnt get to your block yet.. nudges work wonders with me. Crossing fingers I do all of those things correctly but odds .. well already won the lotto according to my man (hey got him dont I?).so not to sure about these odds. What the heck, rolling the dice..

You must be doing too much lifting QMomma, you better take it easy. With everything on your plate you gotta' stop every once in awhile and smell the roses. People use to tell me that too, did I listen, NO, and now I wish I would have. Please take care of yourself. Wish I was closer and maybe I could do something to assist you, don't know what but I'd try.

Is that whole FQ a hint for us to make two blocks for you? That is mind bogling to think of, around 70 completed blocks by Jan. 1 st.

So if they have too much AIR in them, it would be 1.90 each. So I folded those darn fabrics as thin as I could, pressed, rewrapped the Press n Seal, squished them to death, poaked tiny pinholes in the wrap and squished some more air out of them. They actually had this piece of cardboard with a slot cut in it that they had to pass each envelope through (the official Puffy test). They passed, thank goodness. Now since I live in the boonies and our post office is a small trailer which also houses the feed & grain and the game warden, I won't argue with them. But the next time I have to stand in line behind a guy in an orange hat holding a dead turkey I shall voice my objections loudly.
Ok...was trying to get through all of the posts I missed since yesterday and had to comment. WOW!!! A puffy test. Hmmm...doesn't sound right, but I guess I can understand where they are coming from. Hugs and if you need help with postage, let me know. Second, you have a Post Office, Feed & Grain, AND the Game Warden all in the same place. Is the Game Warden also your postman? That would be AWESOME!!!!! Little towns facinate me. I grew up in a big city and then moved to a BIGGER city!!! Sadly the BIGGER city gets hurricanes now. What was I thinking??? Third, is it Turkey hunting season??? I didn't think that started until October. Hmmm...I bet you couldn't miss the BRIGHT ORANGE HAT, huh? I guess he wanted to make sure he was "SEEN" in public. We shall call him O.H.M. I would have laughed if I walked in and saw that and then I would have turned around and left...no way I would have dealt with a dead turkey...no m'aam. Feathers and all...nope! I've been chased by several live ones, a dead, cleaned, cooked one at Thanksgiving is the only way I want to see them now.

Yosa, may I use a bright ornage that goes with the Lorax on the fabric, and a bright green? Want to keep in what you want. Have to search stash for the pretty butterfly fabric. Well, back pain attack has caused me to stop cold. Nothing getting done tonight, can hardly breathe from the pain so off to massage bed, drugs, and booking accupuncture appointment. Can't believe this. Trying to provide for family and you get obstacles. Guess they will be doing the lifting and jar tightening for me from now on.
QuilterMomma, those will be PERFECT!!! Just keep it FUN!!! I'm sure I'll love yours no matter what you do to it!!! I still admire your block you sent from the last boom!!! Take care of yourself first!!! You have to take time for you. Hope you feel better SOON!!!
