Yup he does, has gone to Washington and delivered a BIG custom bar he built for a guys man cave, Billings - cabinets for kitchen and bathrooms, and the same for 3 people in Denver. He's building all the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities etc. for a 12 plex that a guy is building in Cody, Wy. right now. Wish it would slow down a little so we could take the toyt hauler and go play. Long week end coming, I swear we are going hell or high water..

Well, ladies here is my update. I have mailed all of the blocks for all three groups. Yesterday I received F8's from marytoddliz, yosemitesa. I made their blocks as well as moonrise's and shipped them out today. Now today I received F8's from jaba, missgigglewings, themamahauser in my diamond groups and Difergie in Sapphires and jaba's Ruby group block. I hope to make the five blocks tonite and ship out tomorrow, but it depends on how long I'm online tonight. This sure is fun, love the Booms.

Ok Jaba, forget your hubby I am marrying you.. you can have him I can have you. OMG what a nice home you keep even that sewing room, you must have a wife to come pick up after you.. I know I need one. TAG YOUR IT!

I think that little book case of yours has more room than I have fabric. WOWSA. You guys are my fabric heros. heck with jewelry I think you are what all would be quilters aspire to be.. fabric happy

I received fabric: ljdugas 31, twinriversfarms, doghouser mom and last but not least Abbys mom.

I sent marytoddliz and yosemitesa out.

I will Not remember all who received mine sorry its me, going back writing it down and then.. where is the list where did I see that marking the wrong one.. its the brain thing I mentioned so sorry upfront. What will work for me and its a pain foryou is a PM because it is saved safely. And I would say in a week stateside recipients should have got theirs as it was mailed two days ago.. so just hollar there is more lovely bee fabric where it came from (way too much).

I need my sicky today. MARYTODDLIZ where are you? arent you well yet? come out and play with me.. uh oh dont make me break out in song the rest will kill you once you get well.. whoo whoo where can you be? come out and play with me, under the apple tree.. whooo whoo .. owe that rock hurt! stop it guys ..

I need quilting medical attention. blocks lots of little mental blocks here. troubles, I got troubles, I got troubles on my mind... alright alright I will eat maybe that will help. love you guys.

oh oh Miriam can you pm me with your design concept as I cant remember what you wanted. someone else didnt want prints argh who was that you know the no naked me prints, or something like that oh I know novelty prints.. who was that one? the rest that arrived with notes or swatches ok.. oh oh wait
joan, the yellow one there is a tiny bit of red on your swatch sample do you have a name of that fabric so i can see what it is I am going to try to work to match? or just say little red is ok no red yada yada and please in a pm for me memory minder.

my first thoughts guys that the doc seuss would be hard to match etc.. so far it was the easiest as well the concept was very clear to me.. funny how those things work. hope its not a disappointment I truly did try girly when I put it together and its actually a tiny bit over 12.5 I think not sure but its of a shape it can be trimmed ..I have issues right now getting perfect exact so I hope you can trim it and be happy. I trim it, it ends up 1/8th short in one spot again and I would shoot something. not good.

Received f8s from missgiggliwigs, ljdugas, and TwinriversFarm. Already went stash shopping so have the fabrics ready to cut up in am and get blocks made. Forgot rotary cutter at office so can't do at home. Oops, my bad. See, there is a birthday present they family should get me.

Now if you are wondering, Fiberworks in Billings, MOntana is having their sale fabric at $3 per yard. All who can, go shop Billings, Montana Fiberworks, Laura Heine, and get a great buy on fabric. All day Saturday is their sale on different things.

I am still under the covers with the CRUD... I hate summer sickness... I got lots of Squishes in the mail today. I have not opened the envelopes yet, will tomorrow... EXCEPT Chocolate~ Thank you soooooo much Elisabrat! I love Baby Ruth... Hubby looked at me and started to say something about no chocolate while training as he walked away. Smart man, don't stand between me and my chocolate when I feel cruddy!

I am giving this stuff 3 days, then I am done with it! (I am just hoping it is done with me too) Linda, I am going to call you later this evening. I am really looking forward to meeting you when I see you in Fresno in November ...

OK back to bed!

I haven't been to Billings since the day we arrived in Great Falls, but I have to go in October for my son's pediatric opthamologist appointment. I'm planning to spend the night, eat at Olive Garden, and hit some of the stores before we come home the next night. I have learned the hard way that, in Montana, it's easier to spend the night if the trip is longer than 3 hours. And if it involves a pass (i.e., over the mountains) just plan to spend the night period. Those drives are so stressful to me. I have a great story for why:

Last October, I drove to Missoula via Rogers Pass. On that trip, I encountered brown bears on the side of the road, deer (with huge horns) in the middle of the road, and then big horn sheep in the middle of the road. And then I drove 30 miles through a cloud. I thought I was going to have a stroke - that is more wildlife in one day than I've encountered in my entire LIFE. And then the driving through the cloud was on the edge of a rather steep drop-off into a national forest. All I could envision was me sneezing and ending up in the ravine being eaten to death by bears. AND THEN I HAD TO DRIVE BACK! I had a stress migraine for 3 days after that.

I have a great many ways I don't want to die and 9 of the top 10 end with "in my car." As in, "drowning in my car" or "being skewered by deer antlers in my car." You know, traumatic or involving being conscious as it happens.

Elisabrat you are too funny, I'm retired remember, I better keep this house clean! Actually hubby wouldn't say a word, honest, it's me. I'm a little picky over that stuff, ask my kids they'll tell you and I've even mellowed some. Just a me thing. m QMamma thanks alot, kids will be here Saturday, no way, or I would for sure.
