We have such a lovely group of blocks all the way around so far. I am REALLY happy I joined this swap.
May your stitches always be straight, your seams always lie flat, and your grain never be biased against you.

My Dad gets the mail everyday while I'm at work. The anticipation of what's in those puffy envelopes just about drive him bonkers until I get home. I of course being the good daughter, take my time by going to the bathroom and opening any other mail first and have to pet our cats a little bit. Once I do open the mail, he is at my elbow or at the end of the table waiting, shifting his weight from foot to foot.

So imagine today how he felt with 4 (FOUR) puffy squishies taunting him from the table!

I received 2 f8's from savannahrandons and phannie

I also got some great blocks!

Travelinggramma sent 2 blocks -- I've never ever had a twister before and love it.

Good day at the mailbox today ...

    2 F8's received
    Phannie1
    SavannahRandon

And a grown up block from TravelingGramma! I love how she used 4 different browns from the fabric with just a hint of red. Thanks Gramma!! I stretched one corner too much when I taped it to the wall - it's square

Made me a practice block from my ladybugs...not saying this is what y'all will get but wanted to try it out in case I did want to use it...I've got a couple f8's that would work really good for this.

    update

Working on the baby quilt for customer so I didn't make any blocks today but received a F8 from savannarandons and received 1 back from the diamond group. I did fabric in that one of fruits and vege's because I am making placemats and table runner for my kitchen and probably daughter in laws. Have got to show this block, hubby and I both laughed....he asked what's for dinner and I kept thinking of a 1 "pot" dish. You'll see why. It's from twinriverfarms.Name: DSCF0785.JPG
