Ok. Back from Vacation. I did one block while in the air over Georgia, Tennessee and Kentucky. I do not know who at this time but will get it in the mail Monday and post the name.

I Hit the quilt stores.... I went to Batesville, Arkansas "Marshall's Dry Goods", the Two in Mtn View and Three in Mountain Home. I had to stop and mail fabric home because my suitcase would be too heavy to fly home. I have lots of fat quarters for matching blocks with and three new quilt projects and 2 new bowtucks. (hide the recipts and insure the mailings.)

This is my first swap. Should I be worried that I have not received f8's from a few people? I know, I was a late comer/add on to your group. I have finished and sent 4 and am working feverishly (ha ha) on the rest. Just don't know if I should pm the three I haven't received fabric from?

Teresa -- I think there were a few that didn't want to add anyone else and said they weren't sending their f8. You can PM them just to double check knowing this in advance.

Got 2 blocks at the end of the week. Only 3 left to come home.

Here's one from up north -- OKDarla

and one from ctmhjenn

I know that 2 of the ones yet to fly home have to come a long watery distance and I believe one of them is bug-paddling as I type. Savannahrandon is the only other one in the USA to head west. Woo Hoo, be glad when they are all home soon.

I'll post a picture in the picture section of the latest top me and Dad have been working on too. It's a snow globe sampler.

I for one got your f8..LOVE your fabric, and your block is now in an envelope to go out tomorrow. I finished it Friday night and had no place to mail it Sat. ...the post office NEVER opens on weekends, maybe they wouldn't be so broke if they did, everybody goes to the men in brown for mailing on sat. I didn't drive all the way into town for that when I am 2 miles from the post office. So Teresa, have no fear, you will get mine soon. Ctmhjenn

Absolutely not rushing for anyone to finish anything. Lord knows I am no where near being close to finished! I was just concerned because I sent my f8s to everyone on my list, but have never received their fabrics. I will pm these 3. Thanks for the advice folks
