We you April! Prayers for you and your family...so sorry for your loss!

Quiltingmommy..I would be happy to make you a Snowflake block! I have a pattern I have been wanting to try....and I do not mind special requests at all! Its a challenge, which is what makes these Booms so much fun! Well that and april's hard work!

Would it be too much to put into the note to make "snowflakes" out of white on the green fabric? A dozen different snowflakes would make a really cool quilt. Just wondering if that would be too much to ask. I am thinking that any star-like pattern would make a "snow flake".
If i get your fabric as i am in large group i will be happy to make you a snowflake.

April, My prayers are with you. My uncle is currently in a nursing home dying from Lou Gehrigg's Disease also. The VA is taking responsibility for his illness. He served two tours in Vietnam. I try to go south and see him every month or so it is so hard to see him progressingly get worse each time. My mother and father go see him weekly but they only live 45 min away. It is such a horrible illness. He was diagnosed almost 18 months ago and we feel very lucky that he is still with us. I cried for your pain. I am sure she is no longer in pain and her family will see her again in heaven. My uncle has six kids and 7 grandkids. Hugs and loves to your family.

SPREAD THE LOVE-- hug a child, share a smile, be kind, and let a loved one , and an animal know that you care,,,, it costs nothing but a minute of a day, so do not delay.

Thank you all for the love and support It means a lot to me.

Swap is OFFICIALLY CLOSED Now. I will ask a moderator to adjust the title for me. In the mean time we ended up with one large group and four small groups. This is what I have. If my records are wrong please let me know. In the small groups if you have a number next to your name that is how many small groups you are in. If there is no number next to your name than you are in only one small group of 16 people If you see someone on a list who still owes you blocks please please let me know. I try very hard to keep track of this but since I am human I do make mistakes
