One time I needed some orange wool for pumpkins and even the LQS didn't have any. I went to an estate sale and down in the basement was an orange wool coat. I got it for $5 and came home and took it apart and washed it to felt it and what a mess in my washer, dryer, and on the rug where I took it apart. But at least I got my orange wool.

As to how many in this swap -- 13 of you altogether for a total of 21 pincushons and 4 needle cases. 5 of the gals have not mailed yet, at least they didn't notify me they did, and today is "mail day."

got my needlecase yesterday! sorry i didn't post last night, i had a migraine and was pretty useless. anyway, it's great! lots of little goodies in there! and it's so cute!!!!! very nicely done, miss lawson! thanks so much! and the chocolates were DELISH!
