Went on driving trips with hubby since Fall 2014 & shop hopped Charleston, SC followed by the states on the way to NY & states on the return to OK; 2015 Columbus, OH shops to & return home states; 2016 Pensacola & surrounding area shops, also MS, AL, & AR on the road; then CA including all states there & back to OK. I had put some FQs in Farmers Wife box to audition with blocks & forgot about them. Others were similarly stashed in other projects that I pulled out to cut for sis. Hubby has been known to bring me FQs when I cannot accompany him, too. 25 FQs were in the Houston Quilting Show bag!!! Voila, hidden FQs to be shared in 2017!!!! Suggest you take inventory & see what you find!!!!

ok, djmat, i'm off looking in boxes, drawers, bags, and totes, maybe I'll get lucky like you and be ready for the next swap early....yea!!!!, 'cause the candies I got won't finish my log cabin quilt. Have fun in Seattle....Jane

I'm going on a Mystery Trip Shop Hop tomorrow. We are going to 5 Quilt Shops in the Twin Cities area (Minnesota) but we don't know what Quilt Shops. I have a few projects I need to look for some fabric for but also will look for some fun fat quarters for swaps.

My MIL lent me two bins of fabric scraps to take whatever I want! I haven't finished looking at it all, but my sash just nicely grew overnight. Some of it I'll cut up for the winter swap, and I'll keep some for scrap quilts that call for larger sizes.

Flew to Seattle Thursday afternoon & drove back to OK. Just got in, whew, long haul to bring my car home that DD was using for a while!!!!
