RedGarnet, I like Reno, can I come too? I'll bring a sleeping bag, and oh I need a potty or a big bucket.

Oh how fun! I would like that.

Jaba... But of course! I can set you up on an queen aero bed in the workout room. Or in the living room on the couches. LOL...

I have not gotten a vacation this year, a couple days off here and there, took one day for a longarm quilt retreat in Idaho to a place I have never been, got a little lost, but made it. Are you sure you want me that long jaba, I do tend to be a "busy" bee. Could get on your nerves especially if we decide to just start a whole quilt then I get into edward scissorhand mode and it is cut up before you know it then the sweet Bernina gets moving ahead, then i will have to come home to quilt it because I can't pack the longarm.

How is everyone doing on their blocks? Haven't seen any photos lately. Yep, ahead of the game on this one, mine are mailed and Red has them staring at her. Bet she is thinking cool thoughts with fall colors all over the place.

I fixed a set of blocks sent in the wrong sizes by one of the swappers. But, it was an easy fix. Please girls.. don't send any others. I can't be doing that. I cut the block to 5 1/2" square and then added 2 1/2 " strips. I found some south seas green fabric that looked great with the embroidered pumpkins and bordered them to the right size.

You went above and beyond Red, very nice of you. You've had mine for a long time so don't have to worry about them getting to you.
QuilterMomma, not a problem. I do the same thing, want stuff done once it's started. I'm a little finicky about that, sometimes overly. And I have a longarm, HQ, so you can make yourself right at home. In fact I really need some lessons on those dreaded feathers, can you handle that for me??

oh well, then I really don't have to go home. Is the longarm in an airconditioned room? Mine isn't and it gets hot in that garage. I am still on those UFOs I let build up. Got 71 done so far this year and I need to finish three of them because I entered them in quilt shows next month and October. Who is the speaker this year at Yellowstone County Quilt Fest? And, as for feathers, I am getting really good at them, just ask Fraew she will tell ya I can do feathers. What kind ya want? I am learning and nearly mastered the molar feather. That one is soo cool. Doing that one on a dd rr quilt that is getting done. I do think i am going to get some real quality time in quilting this weekend on the longarm. have to, I am under the gun for quilt shows. I have all the other chores done. have to finish up rhubarb, zucchini freeze for bread, and another batch of pickles will be ready tomorrow. I do have to plant that apple tree I got and two flower plants, but that is nothing. Keep me up to date there jaba on status of air.
