Default Got my blocks and I'm totally obsessed

Red, thank you so much for your OVER THE TOP excitement, encouragement and promptness. My little boy doesn't exactly know what candy is yet, but my six year old goddaughter was here last night when I opened the package. The quilt squares didn't thrill her, but the candy got huge smiles. I love the selection, thank you to everyone who participated. I think that sharing of ones talents is about as special as it gets. My little boy particularly LOVES the red monster. I hoped like heck for that one (I knew he'd dig it) but I didn't want to be greedy and request it. It all worked out!!! Oh, and I can't stop staring at the mummy muse and sew made....I'm so excited!!! OK, one more shout out...let's quilt your 51/49% square is going to become a little pillow for a girlfriend of mine who will truly appreciate it. I could go on, but I won't. Happy sewing everyone!!!

Happy Halloween....

If anything like this ever happens for Saint Valentine's Day, please let me know!!! It's my favorite!!!

Take care,
Elli

Eli, what a fun selection of blocks! I love the adorable picture of your son with the monster! So cute. Glad you like my mummy too. Enjoy!

How absolutely refreshing and adorable your post is blanketyblankets! Your little guy is so very sweet! This is what it is all about. The kids and something that makes a great memory for them. Thank you all for being such a wonderful group.

Hi everyone. Loving all the great blocks! I am just putting this out there. I have a few extra blocks like this. If you participated in this swap and did not get one and would like to have one, maybe we can do an "on the side" swap. Just send me a PM with your address and I will mail it to you. It is a 9 1/2" block. The threads may be a different color than shown here, but basically the same block. Thanks, Toni.

Hi Toni,
I might trade you for a Halloween Frankenstein wall hanging pattern. That would make a good trade for a couple, three don't you think?

I don't have a pic just this minute letsquilt, but I will try and get one later. OK?

In the mean time here is a cute link for anyone still wanting to sew for Halloween. Lots of freebies here...
