I hope I have waited long enough before posting pictures of the Mug Rugs I made for this swap. I have not seen my SP on the QB (any thread) for over a month. She was in other swaps and has not posted to those threads even on opening day. I have sent her cards, PM'd her several times and not heard anything at all. I am quite worried about her and plan to send her another note by mail.

This can be a stressful time of year. I pray she and her family are all well and that she will rejoin us soon.

These are my very first attempts at Mug Rug making! My skill leaves a lot to be desired, but I put all of my heart into them! As you can see I wimped out on the bindings!

My SP's favorite season is Halloween and she has those themes up all year. She mentioned all of these thing (witch, Dragon, Mushrooms, Owls) as things she'd like. So, I made a MR of each of them in the hopes that at least ONE would turn out nice enough to send. lol I ended up sending them all!

Here is a pic of everything, then I will post a pic of each MR. I forgot to put the bag of Black Forest Tea in this pic, but it went with the cup & saucer.

Wow Patchesnposies, that's a beautiful set of mug rugs and goodies you included in your package! I think Miss Brat posted that the next swap would have a valentine theme, I'm already thinking of designs I might do.

Patches...your MR's are fabulous. What a fortunate sp you had. I am curious as to what the green plaid with 'Celtic scrambled knot' item is??? A Celtic quilt is on my 2015 agenda for my son and trying to get ideas. Dwina, glad to know you have made contact with your partner. Guess you just have to wait a little longer for your package! Linda (brat), hope your quilt made your morning a bit easier. Was fun seeing all the blocks...I found mine easily enough. LOL! Can't thank Jan enough either plus all of you who helped out. And much as I keep repeating myself, I think this was the best swap ever along with the best leader ever...she really kept us in line!

This swap worked out wonderful for me, my SP that I sent to live about an hour and a half west of me. We have emailed back and for the several times and hope to meet up with each other this summer. Thanks Linda , I am so excited to meet another swapper.
