Retrogirl mentioned a great idea - - - - an Asterisk quilt. What a cool idea. I did some searching and found this tutorial from Freshly Pieced. ((I like her stuff a lot)). Here it is if you're interested.

I can do two sets as well. Glad to hear the asterisk blocks are interesting to several people. I just think they're ADORABLE!!! I also use dots for background fabric in piecing and in appliqué, too.
