lynnie we have a couple other members on the thread who live in the south, what kind of pine needles do you need?

The last two packages should arrive by Tuesday!

Susan, it will take some time for you to heal. Just take it easy.

Susan, all I know is that they were long about 12-16 inches long, and she would wrap them in raffia and make baskets. I wasn't lucky enough to get many, have two, grandma is gone 25 yrs now and i'd love to make one in remberence. can't get long ones here. wish I could

Hmmm sound like maybe Ponderosa or Southern pine needles.

Thanks nhnative and klaws. Right now while I am off my feet a bit, I have been sewing together 1 1/2" by 2 1/2" pieces to eventually make a quilt. I seen one done called a depression quilt, but others called something else. when I get to feeling a bit better, I am going to cut out the blocks for an Irish Chain.
