oh, by the way, i'm still collecting chocolate if any of you don't want it.
I already take 4 sometimes 5 shots if insulin a day. That's why I need the sugarfree and I am so happy there is such a thing cause I also love chocolate. I only have 3 pieces of it at a time. it will give you diahrea if you eat to much. Huh Lynnie. Sorry that happened to you.I have a friend that doesn't like chocolate or whip cream. Should be against the law. lol

that close up is great, you can see his feathers really well.
I'm just on Metformin, 2x's a day. trying to get off it all together.
I guess if I had insulin, I could eat a whole box. And it wouldn't
have to be sugarfree. I could go for the real stuff. I feel like
doing that now. but I must stick to my diabetic diet. Doing good
so far. lost 2 lbs, put back on 8 (valentine's day, my son's bday,
box of chocolates I ate, and a lot of eating out). so I relost that 8 lbs,
plus 2 more and i'm back to sticking to it. Maybe if I loose a lot, I can
get off it.On the cruise, I'll go to the chocolate buffet and I'll eat chocolate
for me and everyone here. I'll bring some back to my room. Just think of
the Chocolate fountain, and 7 layer cakes, and fruit , and cupcakes, and the....

Gosh it's been ages since I've been to see the herons. Just might have to take a drive out there. Thanks for the pics. Mary it figures that it's man that doesn't like chocolate, they are an odd species.

I like the pictures of the wild turkeys and blue herons. We have a lake in the mobile home park where I live that attracts all kinds of birds. I often see a blue heron, ducks, geese, and the Florida birds egrets, ibis and cormorants. A cormorant is a really interesting bird. After being in the water, it will sit on shore with its wings spread. Their feathers are not able to repel water like other birds so it spreads it wings to dry. I've never taken pictures because I'm so used to seeing them every day.

klaws, we have cormorants here too, first time I saw them, my first reaction was 'funny birds', are kind of cool to watch dry themselves. sounds like a big lake. ibis are very pretty birds.
I just spent about 2 hrs. looking for a great idea for my Christmas ornaments this year, I have about 4 ready to go, but am looking for the wow factor again.
