I use my trusty Mark-B-Gone marker to outline my circles, then just wipe off with a damp towel or rinse it out. By the way, you live in one of the prettiest states we've ever visited....lucky you!

I DO feel lucky living in Maine. It's one of America's best kept secrets. The people here are just fantastic. It's sort of a shame that there's a preconceived notion that Maine is only snow and moose. There are so many wonderful things to do. The creative spirit is alive and thriving in Maine!

CarolinePaj - Your modern mini quilt JUST arrived - Yes, just this moment! I couldn't help myself. I just dropped what I was doing and ripped open the package (Have I mentioned I am such a child when it comes to prezzies?) What a beautiful design! And your circles are perfect. I am hanging it in my little room so that you will be my inspiration for learning how to make circles. Love the colors, too! I'll post a picture with the fat quarters and wonderful smelling candle. Thank you for the trans-Atlantic hug. What a wonderful surprise!!!!! You are a great partner!
