I mailed out a few more blocks today after I bought strong yellow envelopes for them. No more white legal envelopes for me!

If you want to try some different blocks with good tutorials, go to Craftsy.com. The free 2012 BOMS are still there and they are excellent. I feel like I posted this already, but it is worth repeating.

Grown up blocks are going back to dotcomdtcm and ljdugas31.

No mail or squishies today. sigh. But I did finish 3 grown-up blocks today but not for this group. That makes 31/90 blocks completed. One third done. LOL.

I'm back in Ohio and what lovely packages I had waiting for me. I received F8s from: Ahwu, dotcomdtcm, ljdugas31, missgigglewings, Navrarre2011, Nexxus831, OK Darla, oldcatlady, and urgodschild2. I also had two beautiful blocks waiting for me.

Hope everyone has a grand excuse to stay in and create grown up blocks today! I'm doing some fabric shopping for a quilt retreat next weekend and then i'll be home to sew away. Happy Sewing!!!

Well I was going to sit down and assembly line a paperpiece block but the wandering feet are just dancing to get out of the house. Maybe a trip to the beach is in order. It is a lovely day out. Then I can come back and sew.
