Block Made and Received
 

I finished Tracibug's block using that cute sock money fabric. Received a block from ljdugas31 as well.

Thank you all for the prayers, they are much appreciated and welcomed. I am home now getting ready to go lay down but just wanted to update you all. Your thinking of me means the world to me! Luckily it was just a small piece in the ventricle that needed to be replaced not the whole thing! I am already feeling more human than I have since Mid-late January.

Glad to hear you are feeling better :)

Been busy sewing today. Have 6 blocks done and 2 cut and ready to sew. Hope to have all finished next weekend and will mail all at once. ;)

luv2sew....Donna. did you request a specific color for your block or am I to just use the colors in the block?????? Let me know. OK.

I've been slowly working through my blocks, only three done so far - jaba, ljdugas and pbadder. I have to apologize to jaba, yours was the first block I did and I made a mistake on the needle position on my new machine so the block was about half an inch short, so, border to the rescue. Anyway, I'll be packaging them up and getting them out this week. It's spring break, and I'm taking a couple of days off from work so maybe I can get a few more done and out.

I've also gotten blocks in from kris 2011, pbadder, ljdugas, lvbabyboomer, mollymunchkin, terriamn, jaba, lv2sew2011 and two more blocks whose envelopes have wandered off so I don't have names to thank. You guys have made some wonderful blocks, thank you so much!

Hello everyone,
I am sorry I have been MIA. I thought all went well with my surgery on the 7th but apparently not :( I am going back in on Tuesday for a complete replacement of my VP Shunt. Hopefully it works! Keeping everything I have crossed that it does lol

I just want to post that by now all F8s should be mailed. I understand we all get behind and have 4 months to make blocks but the F8s do need to be out fairly quickly (within 3 weeks) to allow everyone proper time to think about block & fabric choice and not have to rush a block back home.
