Wanted to update u on , as I got a beautiful grown up today form rose, sorry no board name, and have to get out of my chair to look at paper, of names and board names still puny so only gettin up when i have to, ok beautiful frendship blocks with yellow sprakly and i jsut loveit, i know i have got to post pics and i will, promise both here on on mypage, maybe tomorow will be my day to feel better, im a sweing but not on these yet, i will not be late as im doing hand work, and have mos tof the fabric pickedout and most of the patterns for the babies i have, gonna be so fun, to feel good again and get to sewing and whiping up a storm, we are cold wet and expecting snow, had chick noodles for supper could have been cardboard for all i tasted of it, no smell, no taste sick stomach, oh man uggg im sick of being sick, go away , i dont want u , get lost bug,,,,, all such pretty blocks ladies, looking foweard to making mine really soon,

OH, Oh, I knew I'd screw this up. You wouldn't happen to remember what it looked like, would you? Or maybe what material you added? I probably marked the wrong box. I can try to post a picture of all the blocks.

Big update today....

Mailing block to lestrong on Monday the 25th...struggled with this one more than any other one I've ever completed. No pattern...just ideas from other blocks and it just kept being "wonky" on the labels. Worked over a week just on it and finally had to finish it. It's posted in the other link listed below if you want to see what I'm talking about.

Still no F8 from girlscout or tracibug ... thought I had seen notes where they had been mailed but I haven't received them.

Received f8 from Mosher...thanks for sending it in.

Received 3 blocks this past week.

2 from Mosher (guess I mailed her 2 pieces of fabric...guess my "helper" wanted to be sure she had enough to work with). Thanks for doing 2 blocks with them. :)

I'm about 1/2 through my f8s so I'm good with the timing. 2 months down, 2 months to go. I am doing them in the order received. Sorry I'm not as speedy as some but I've always been finished well before the deadlines. Really only have 1 night and part of 1 afternoon to try and sew so I feel pretty good about where I'm at. :thumbup:

Good morning miss Girlscout1! Yours is my only missing f8. I have 3 blocks to finish this week (Tracibug, lovnggrandma and Mosher92) and 17 to come home to roost. Good job Pacifics!

Found it!. I remember now. When I receive a grown up block, I pin the envelope to the back. This way I can figure out fast who sent it. That doesn't always work when the person that sent it wasn't the person who made it. This was acidently sent to Alikat and she sent it on to me. I wrote it down wrong on my spreadsheet and didn't notice till I got the actually block from Alikat.

Sorry. But all is well.
