Hey Susan, I'mon the same "way of life" diet as you. wish us luck

JuneBillie 04-04-2014 05:34 PM

I didn't know it was like that lynnie, but yes I hope we can do it.

JuneBillie 04-04-2014 05:39 PM

Yes, diet is a bad bad word. lol... He told me to walk a bit, if I could get a recumbent bicycle that it doesn't hurt the joints like other equipment, but do it too only like 5 minutes at a time. The best he said is to water walk. Then with exercise to just start out with 5 minutes, but build up to 5 minutes maybe 12 times per day. He said to never ever exercise until a person feels like they are going to fall over.

Silly me I fell today walking down to my dad's. I guess it was because of all the rain. My leg and top of foot is all bloodied up. It is ok though, but my big toe on that foot feels like it's broke, but I hope I am wrong.

Oh no Susan, broken toes are no fun. I've never broken my big toe, but I've broken my little toe (always on the left foot) at four times. Hope it's not broken and just sore.

JuneBillie 04-05-2014 03:48 PM

Klaws I need to be in Florida where I can walk in the sand. lol... I am not going to the emergency room. I am going to wait until Monday if I can to see my regular doctor. I am walking around the house with a cane. It's a pretty one though. :p

lynnie 04-05-2014 04:00 PM

Susan, be careful, and feel better
Klaws, do you have those long pineneedles by you???? I'm looking for some and will pay you to ship them to me if you have the, thanks lynnie

klaws 04-05-2014 05:24 PM

Sorry, Lynnie, the only trees around here in my park are palm trees, Oak and citrus trees.
It's getting hot here...in the 80's. I'll be glad to come up north and get away from it for awhile. Unfortunately, I'll be coming back and so will the humidity. :( That's when I stay in the AC and don't go out.

nhnative 04-06-2014 05:11 AM

Susan I hope you are feeling better. It's 38 here and sunny going up to 57 today. Karen I know that I would be the same way staying in the ac. I don't like the humidity. I'd rather have it at 38 than 80. Are you excited about coming back home yet?
