YEA!!!!!

Just so you ladies know!!! I have been working on my stuff for next year. As I've hinted in previous threads, I will only be doing 4 swaps next year. I have a demanding work schedule, I'm a board member of our local Civic Club, I help put on the community 4th of July parade (one of the biggest in all of Houston), I run the annual holiday yard decorating contest, I have a a 2-1/2 year old lil man who is VERY active and I'm the room mom for his class, I have 2 puppy dogs (not really puppies, however they think they are) who seem to never get enough attention and an amazing hubby who sometimes I think feels shorted in the deal when it comes to my time. So...that being said, I have my 4 swap themes pegged down and to make things easier, the twists for all four swaps will be the same...hodge podge, anything goes. :) As for timelines for next year, the swaps will run: January - March; April - June; July - September; September - November. Now...that being said, here is a glimpse of the first one...

January-March will be Transportation - anything that transports you, needed for transportation, etc. i.e. cars, planes, trains, boats, wheels, roads, water, air, railroad tracks, etc. (I will post the sign-up on January 2; swap squares will be due to me March 1; I will mail them back to you by March 29) The "twist" will be hodge podge 2-1/2" noodles (2-1/2" x WOF). Remember with the hodge podge noodles, each set will need to be different in some way.

So does that mean we will get extra treats - pumpkin pie, cranberry salad, stuffing..... with the packages ? Got to get rid of the leftovers somehow :D
