It has bee "all quiet" since Christmas....how is everyone doing?

Working on design issues with my addition to SazuB's top....new to me and tougher than it looks. I have recieved Lestrong's center you sent to me ( just realized I didn't already update you!) It is gorgeous. I have already picked out potential fabrics, but haven't made a desicion on design yet. Ya'll (I am from Texas!!!) are all so talented, so I am trying to up my ante and really challenge myself with new things. Since I usually do simple patterns or paper piecing, I am realizing some areas I need to work on. That is why I am stretching myself with some of my design choices.

This is the right place to do just that Alikat. While it may not seem like it to you, I know that each of us does the same with every top we receive.

Hello ladies, I have been off the grid for awhile. Very busy holiday and family issues taken care of so now I am back to the sewing room. Gotten a lot done this week. I have Alikats top and will be figuring out what to do with it so that I can send it on. I like what you all have done with my center. Daughter is headed to my house tonight to sew. See how much we get done. Haha. Ya all have a great day.

Hi All, Just to report that Alikat's top arrived with me yesterday. Also I shipped the one I had (Nexxus?) out on Friday, so is en route to DragonflyNana :-)
