Here's pics of mine. The outside one was taken right after the building was delivered. I have a porch & steps on it now. The other two are the two ends, the sewing area & the longarm area. I look at them now & realize how much I've already added since these were taken just a few months ago.

Wow, Terri! That is wonderful. When we lived in Michigan we had a 3-car (actually 2-car and 1 large truck bay in center) detached garage. I never would have thought to have me sewing out there. I have the basement now, but that would be a great place for my sewing and long arm. Is this place in PA? I may need to see it in person.

Yep, it's in PA! Hopefully by March, I'll have the rest of my belongings here and will be setting up my sewing room so I can go out there and disappear. Which reminds me....have to buy a coffee pot for out there lol

Dreamer... ONLY if that naughty room is in my sewing room :D.... I'm moving it to the basement (which has to be finished...aka... electrical run, walls & insulation finished, waterproofed and building stuff taken out) and I need HELP!!!

Down side to my basement is NO natural light :( I really like BIG rooms... and it is larger than my current room :D...

Nice, Cindy! I would ask if you have heat out there, but saw you are in TX, so I wouldn't think you would need heat. I do have a gas heater in this space. Have to call gas company to come and fill the tank. There isn't anything out there, yet, so really don't have to heat the space at the moment. Once I get my things out there, I'll have the heat on at 60 degrees during the cold weather. Don't need sewing machines to freeze up on me.

Terri, yes, I have A/C/Heat in there. Have to have it hear in N Texas as summer is way too hot & it gets pretty chilly in winter. It's a wall unit right there by the shelf unit on right looking at the longarm, just out of sight.
