September fq (fat quarter) swap
 

Description: This will be a monthly swap. You will sign up each month and you can choose each month whether or not to participate. You will be given a random person to swap with and that person will change each month.
Each month there will be a different theme or color that we will swap. There is a limit of two swaps per person
**Each person will swap 5 fat quarters that go with the theme or color of the month.
**FQ's can be purchased or can be from your stash but they must be 100% cotton and they must measure 18 x 22 inches (standard FQ).
**They should be 5 DIFFERENT FQ's.

For the month of September the theme is either Halloween OR oranges, purples, blacks. If you don't celebrate Halloween, please note that when you sign up and you will be sent oranges, blacks and purples instead of Halloween fabrics.
Since there isn't a whole lot to this swap, the turn around time will be pretty fast. Sign up until noon on September 14, receive name and address by September 16, mail out by September 18th. Participants are required to PM me when they have received their FQ's and are required to post a PM thanking the sender. You don't need to let me know you have mailed.

*When you send your FQ's please be sure to include your board/screen name so that people know whom to thank.

ohh goody! I think today we get names! fabric lots of beautiful fabric, not sure which to cut yet as I said I could do either so patience once again for the brat. oh shoot that isn't fun at all this patience stuff. lets do away with that and just go to the now part. You might guess I have a heck of a time with a present you receive that your told not to open til.. it says just open me a tiny bit.. just peak a tiny bit.. oh heck open it no one will know you can retape it if you have to. Yup that is me.

Linda, you sound like I used to be. Now, not so much. When I do the SP swap and I mail mine off, I tend to (on purpose) forget about the pkg coming to me so I won't go crazy thinking about it. So I totally understand where you're coming from! LOL

Darn it!!! I missed it. Oh well, next month!!! :)

OK, I thought it was just me because I hadn't been on in a few days. I still need to go shopping but need my names before I do because I don't know if they will want Halloween or just the colors.

just peaked in to see if anyone had names.. guess not .. don't think there are too many players this month so hopefully it wont take terribly long to sort them out. I can help Brenda with this next month for you if your still in a time bind :) I have run a few swaps and while not perfect at it can do this a time or two ..
