The main body of the one I'm making is done. Next step: borders. How is everybody else doing?

Doing well, too! My top is pieced and I'm ready to work on the back!

I have finished the 'bargello' part of mine, now to decide on a border to go with it. Have a couple in mind, need to work out whether I have enough fabric. Haven't even thought about a backing yet.

Have finished the rows in mine, need to sew them together. Took a picture to post as a spoiler, but decided it gave too much away and didn't post. Have been working on a show challenge piece that is all hand quilting. That has stopped most all other sewing right now. It is about 3/4 done. Have to be home for a contractor today, so will get some of that done.

I started my very first Sunbonnet Sue last night. Going to have fun using up my stash for this. And I just hope that won't be too obvious between my first SBS square and my last how much I improved my applique skills.

Sues are a lot of fun! I'm sure they'll be great.
