marytoddliz-- i am so sorry about your hands! but did you have to steal my orange cat, tiger? isn't he just the biggest love? <3. truly, my tiger is one of my all time favorites. he came into the bedroom this morning, it's 1:43, to be dried off. lol. he loves going out into the rain and then coming in to be dried. he will do it 3 or 4 times and then settle down for a nap with me. he loves us all, and i have to pat down my adult son before he leaves from a visit, as he thinks tiger is the most insanely cool cat. direct quote!! lol
the wall hanging i'm intending to make will have 4 cats from the cat-vegetable series. i think one will be kitt-ney beans, and avo-gato. i am in a bom but the 4 panels i choose will not be done in the original colors. i love my cats, and my dogs, and figure there are others out there as nutty as i am!!

Those are so cute nancia. I am working on the dog bom from the same type of series. It is going to be adorable for sure.

QM-- are those the dogs that are the flowers? i love this artist and wish i could be that good! i love her stuff!! it was a big deal to me to commit to the 12 month bom, but i figure if i spread it out it feels more affordable and not so extravagant. ( hate to add up the price of the quilt--YIKES-- LOLOLOL).

Yes it is. I agree, they are a bit more than I like to spend on a pattern, but they are so darn cute you just can't resist. I am not a big cat person, but those dogs are so adorable. Love the doganthias, and iris terrior, wonder how long it took her to come up with the names. I am behind a few months because I am doing my UFOs, which I have two of them done but just need to top stitch them. i think I am going to wait onthat and do it on my longarm which is so much easier. I only stitch them down once instead of twice. her other work is phenominal. love the falls patterns she has done.

Just found this thread. Please sign me up - I'm traveling right now, but working on a Christmas quilt. So when I get home I will have a few more things to do.

I love the flowers, because it has a huge heart in one of them and I love hearts.

Here is the sign up list but remember there is no end of sign up. If you want to join us any time feel free to do so!!

Anyone else interested?

There is no time limit. You just need to have a wall hanging made with at least 4 quilt blocks ready by the mailing deadline. You can add anything you like to the 4 quilt blocks. There are no limits other than keeping it wall hanging size and not quilt size.

If I missed adding anyone please let me know.

Welcome Everose!!

Good Morning! Just got back from vacation/business. Now to return to life. As I look out I see the furry bunny eating my Johnny Jump-Ups. Darn him. The grass needs mowing and the veggies need picking. But it's to early to worry about such things and I might lay on the couch. I have planned my wall hanging. Will be called "O Christmas Tree". So will start on it soon.

Have a great weekend everyone!!!!

Plugging away at the embroidery blocks. I have almost all the hair done on each one, colors picked out for each, and the writing is done on each one. It is moving along.
