I have enough of the blue and white (as seen if you go back to my selvage log cabin block on the left side) to probably do one whole block. It's actually a little darker than what is showing in the picture. Then I have 2 other blue prints and maybe the equivalent of a fat quarter, maybe a little less of a white with little teeny red stars. If you look at my last block, it's called Spools and Bobbins, I have enough for probably another block of the green/blue with the brown polka dots...not sure if it's 1930's but Mary said it was okay if I stayed within her color range. Would any of these help?

All of that sounds great. I would appreciate whatever you can spare. Thank you.

Also have a few selvage pieces that might work if you need them to incorporate into a block like the others have used....let me know. Will send small scraps I have that you may be able to use for applique some way in reds, blues and blacks...and will be happy to send you some of my black and white tape measure fabric if you like.

Yvonne, yes to all you have mentioned. Jane yes to what you have mentioned also. Thank you very much. I am also working on a red/white/black quilt, besides oodles of others. So any scraps you have of bright reds, prints or solids with white/black or black/reds or red/white/ black etc.

I have just taught myself how to make mitered corners on a block. So I am making attic windows on 56 blocks of the state flowers.

I have made some templates for thimbles for Mary's row and I want to possibly make attic windows for a thimble collection for her. So, scraps will be great. I also think I will add a sad iron. What are some other vintage sewing pieces? I had found a block of a singer sewing machine. It was paper pieced I am sure. It had some lavender in it. I do not do paper piecing. I took parts of the block apart and was trying to piece pieces together from the block, using pieces I cut out from the block. I can't get it squared at all. I figured out what I am going to do with it and it will look ok.

Sherry....all I promised packaged and will mail tomorrow. Sorry in re to 2cnd request...my most favorite color is yellow and my fabric choices usually run yellow, greens, pinks, whites so when I picked black for my quilt I was just stretching my wings...only black left is to use to finish my quilt and red as a general rule makes me SEE red ...LOL

I appreciate all you gals so much. The other row robin where I am also the leader does not talk much. It is like pulling teeth to get some to send the rows.
