I figured it out, I was taking to small of a seam I moved my needle over and they are matching up pretty close now! I've had to take two of the blocks apart and sewed them over....and I had cut them 2"X2" square I know I got that part right.

Ahhh great! Glad you figuredi t out. I thought it might be the square size as most patterns use a 2.5 inch instead of a 2.
