I generally don't use anything smaller than 2.5 inches. Those I love! I've made one super scrappy string quilt with all kinds of sizes and I'm pretty sure I'll never do it again.

Roda, since they are big enough to cut into 2.5 inch squares, I'd love to have them. Let me know how much it will be to ship them and I'll get some money out to you. --- Lisa

Hi All, I received the Diva quilt in the mail today. Its beautiful. I just love it. I dont have a clue what block to use with it.. I get so worried about what to choose it takes the fun out of it for me... I keep asking myself whyyyyy do I do this to myself. I like it when it's all over with...LOL The row I just finished will go to the mail tomorrow to Mama. I put a picture of it up last week.. Happy sewing

Good advice, Roda. All divas are stars! If you don't like stars, you might be able to applique so "diva" things on a row.

Lisa I have to chuckle about the stars comment you made because when I was stumped on what I was going to do on it my husband said the same thing you said! Pat they may be onto something!

I am thinking crowns,,, hmmm will have to see what I come up with.... My diva is in her 40's and I had 3 boys after her so my memory is not what it used to be. I never know what direction I will go in until I get there...
