Ok, now I will quit ruffling my feathers with this memopause thing and get on the last three swaps I am doing. It will be tough finishing up the fall ones because I so am loving the summer finally really being here. Picked some zucchini out of garden this morning which was such a treat for my diet. Whew, 21 more pounds and I am home free to the size and weight I need to be for clean bill of health.

QuilterMomma, Congrats on you weight loss. I know how challenging this can be. "You Go Girl" "You can do it"!! Because everyone needs a champion. Weight loss is very personal, but, any cheering along the way is usually welcome.
Or at least in my case it usually is. I had my own eye opener experience and have set myself on a journey to get more fit and healthy.
