How are our blocks coming in? I am just curious because my DH wants me to make two cancer quilts, one for his cousin's wife and one for his ex-girlfriend. I know, but what can you say, she is the mother of his first born daughter. Anyway, I thought these blocks might make up a pretty cancer quilt for his cousin's wife Dee. She is fighting breast cancer. This way I know how much fabric to find and how much work I will need to do for two of them.

Ok, sounds fine. Just thinking of what to make for cancer quilts. I do have some deigns and such I can use. Looking for a different look.

Dear Red and participants of this swap,,,,I signed up to do this but....we have been doing a big time remodeling. I envisioned locking my self in my sewing room and ignoring it all, but when the workers saw my room and machines it was recommended that I hermetically seal the room, (Reminds me of the old Johnny Carson and the mayonnaise jar joke.) and STAY OUT until the job was completed. Are in the final stages of wrapping up but the bottom line is I wont have the sets ready by the mailing deadline.......It is always recommended that one have the sets finished before signing up and this is a perfect example! Lesson learned.

Ok everyone... There are 16 people signed up on this swap (after the drop outs) and I only have 11 swappers blocks! Yikes... Pleease send in your blocks so they can be swapped out. The deadline is the 15th!!!
