Default Doors on? Doors off?

We just bought a house up in the mountains. The whole place was a nicotine yellow off white. After a coat of Killz and 2 coats of semi gloss, we can breathe in the house! Here's the closet wall in the sewing room/office. I took the big sliding doors off the closet. I guess I'll have to live with it a while before I decide if this looks too messy and needs to be hidden behind bifold doors. What do you think?

I'd probably opt for the doors.

You could get a pretty sheet and make a casing and hang it from a tension rod.

I would go with doors as well. Just (to me) makes for a tidier space when you want to do a clean up.

i would go with doors that have the chicken wire type. and behind the chicken wire have a sheer fabric of some type. have pretty rustic knobs.. keep the doors a dark wood like the trim..

I don't know your decorating style, I would like a rustic look. And have it slide sideways like on a barn. The hardware is mounted at the top....just me. But bottom line, doors............don't want HD to see the inventory...hee hee....calla
I meant DH...not HD. Well sometimes he is

I kept the doors on my sewing room closet and turned them into my design wall. It is put up with Velcro so I can remove it when I slide the doors.

Doors ON. You don't want any indirect sunlight to hit your fabric.

I would opt to have doors just to be able to "clean up" when needed.

Some kind of cover but bifold doors can be a pain. They never open as far as I want them to so that I can easopily reach the bottom right and left areas. You might consider a Roman shade style .
