I don't know who's luckier....your son to have such a talented momma or you to have such a thoughtful and inspiring son! Beautiful space....I'm guessing you'll create many beautiful things here....and yes, I agree----it looks heavenly!

Me too! I am preparing to move into a new sewing space. I just LOVE that pegboard quilt! And I am also a fan of the white furniture. I find it easier to see stuff on the white tabletop, especially the older my eyes get! Thanks for the inspiration!

Feel free to use the idea of the pegboard. When my son suggested we do it we thought you all might like the idea enough to use it too. I appreciate all your comments on the room. Being a basement room it is pretty nice. I've enjoyed the room for many years but have recently had to re-arrange to accommodate quilting too. The plastic drawers contain washed and ironed scraps. The nice big plastic bins contain washed and ironed fabric wrapped around the cardboard as we've seen here too. I love my room and do enjoy it very much.

Very nice room. I like the pegboard too.
I did notice something though...Was the camera level when you took the first picture? Because the cabinet on the right as well as the light look a little crooked. I hope I didn't offend you by asking this.
Your son did a wonderful job on your room.
Do you have to move your LA frame out of the corner to use. Or is the machine on backwards?

My room is located in the basement, and although the cabinets are almost level they don't look it, I even had my husband re-level them because it bothers me to look at. Also I didn't bother putting my wide lens on my camera and it seems to make it more distorted standing where I was. I haven't had a chance to use the Grace quilting table yet, but I have it on furniture glides and it is very easy to move out of the corner. The room is small, but I think I will have enough room to quilt on the table and I hope to make use of it very soon. Thanks for your questions and comments.
