Thanks for all your kind comments. I'm truly blessed to have this space. My husband carves so he has a (small) corner where he gets to keep his tools and such. Our plan is to "create" together during retirement. In the meantime he keeps himself busy with other projects and I'm enjoying the garottage now. As for it being a great place to have friends over, it truly is. I've had a couple of "retreats" already that were a great success. The part I didn't show was a small kitchenette in one corner as well as a 3/4 bath so it works well for having crafting frolics. It has, however, ruined me for attending various other retreats.

If you're in the neighborhood, stop in! I love having fellow crafters over for crafting frolics.

Oh my goodness... Who wouldn't be happy there??!! I could live in that place. With a bathroom I'd never come out.
