Default Delays!

Howdy yall ☺

Well...we were hoping to get moved by the end of the month so I could get started on remodelling the one-car garage/shed in the back yard to turn it into my sewing room. But Tuesday morning at 3:00 AM I went to the ER with severe back pain. Next thing I know, I'm in an ambulance being transferred to another hospital. Turns out that my back pain was actually my heart hurting into my back! I had to have a heart cath and had a stent put in. Now I have to take it easy for two weeks before I can get to work on the move, which will rush us too much on getting in by the end of the month! So now we're shooting for being in the other house by the end of May. DANGIT!!! I've been so excited to get started! We went to Lowe's Monday afternoon to buy all the paint we needed for the interior of the house, and of course I was pricing doors, windows, flooring, countertops, etc for my sewing room while we were there. Oh well...I'll come back better than ever and get it done. I just HATE delays when I'm excited! *grumble*

You know what they say about the best laid plans.... Sorry for the delay but very thankful you got the treatment you needed in time. Take care!

Some delays can't be expected. Your health is important so rest as you have been told the new sewing room can wait a few weeks.

Lucky, lucky, lucky! Thankfully the stint is in and you are on the road to recovery.

Tessagin has it right. Let yourself take the time to heal completely and well so you don't have a set back.

Aren't you Lucky and Blessed to have caught it in time!! Just the one stent?? All that work will still be waiting on you so just slow down and enjoy the downtime doing something else! Glad you are OK as women do have different heart attack signs than men!

Please don't grumble. Be glad that you nipped this problem in the bud before anything more serious occurred to your health! Try to always look at the brighter side of an obstacle. You are going to have time to work on your studio and then enjoy it!

I agree with all the above. That heart and body needs to rest NOW. So make yourself take it easy and maybe work with something with your hands. The move and or shed into a sewing room will have to get done later. You've been without it until now, the stent just makes you have more time when you do get it done.

Patience is not my strong trait either but, seems you have no choice.
After you are healed you will be able to work better. So glad it wasn't worse than it was.
