Downsizing my stash/foam core boards left over
Well, I took a real good look at my stash and realized I didn't care for some of the fabrics anymore, and didn't have the room to keep hanging onto them. There was so much it was overwhelming and I know I would never use it all in this lifetime. I donated a bunch to local groups who are working on making quilts for charities, so I feel great about that.
Now my problem is lots of leftover foam boards and clips that I was using for storage of all the fabric. I haven't been on this board long enough to advertise them for sale here, so I was wondering if anyone could direct me to for sale sites that are geared to quilters and sewists. Thanks so much, Debbie |
I use them all the time. They have helped me organize my stash and life. If you just want to get rid of them, I will pay for shipping....and you can also post the, here on the board....but you would have to do it under the For Sale or Trade section.
Good luck! |
It says I would have to be at least a Senior Member and I'm not.

Keep them ... stashes have a habit of re-establishing themselves! :)

Already have a design wall. Trying not to return to my huge stash days both for monetary reasons and I'm finding I would rather purchase fabric for a project and start working on it rather than put the fabric on the shelf and look at it for years without a plan ....

I'm always sewing and quilting but I can't stop buying more. Hoarder and I don't want a 12 step program. My daughter is now starting so I think she will take anything I have.

Try SewItsForSale.com yahoo group. You have to join but it's free. I really like the site. You can "buy" and "sell".
|
I second Nanamoms - go ahead and join Sew Its for Sale. I have sold lots of things on that group.
