Got the upper storage unit installed.
As with the lower unit I used old trim boards for the doors and case facing. Can't see it too well, but there is a 4' light under the upper cabinet. |

That is such an amazing space. I have been searching for a dresser for my ironing board since I saw your post earlier. What a great idea and mine won't be homemade but it's still a good idea. You are very lucky.
|
have you ever thought of putting wheels on the cabinet? that way you could roll it away from the wall and use it
as a cutting board also.)by placing a cutting mat atop it. Just an idea. i just love you cabinets==== |
Very nice. I really like it alot. Love the almost rustic look to it!...

Not only is your ironing station and cabinet great, I'm very intrigued by the tool holder on your longarm. Would you share how it's made?
Thanks! Darlene |

I used a piece of white oak and drilled some holes of varying sizes. I attached with a piece of flat bar steel drilling to match a couple of bolts on the frame.
Here is a better picture. |
Soo cool. What a great hubby. For sure you will enjoy both.

That is wonderful. I kept looking at the picture, wondering what was wrong, but then I realized...I am left handed and the iron is on the opposite side from where I put it. Haha
