My quiltroom Cleaned!
 

I finished making the two quilts. I went in my room to start the next one, and I couldn't believe the mess. There was no room to even think in there. So I spent the day cleaning and sorting. I thought I would share the pictures before I become a tornado again in there. LOL. My Tin Lizzie spends her time in my diningroom.
I love that room. It is my hidding spot for me and everything else I want to hide. HAHAHa...

I am really trying keep mine cleaner as part of a New Year's resolution. I am getting better but mine might never look as tidy as yours.

You did a great job, mine just never stays picked up. So from that statement you know it doesn't get cleaned very often. lol

Thanks for all the wonderful replies.. my husband made that room for me. I love going in there and just getting lost. Recently, I was diagnosed with PBC. My quilting really keeps me calm and focused. Kinda like planting a garden and watching it grow. Starting a quilt and watching it turn into someone's warmth and happiness.

I wasn't aware of Redsnappers. I will look into it. The Tin Lizzie is just wonderful. Perfect size for me. I'm so new at it. Still trying to get tensions right. I'm loving the you tube videos on how to run her.

I really like the cupboards you have over the desk area. Nice to keep fabric out of the sunlight and good use of space.

One more project and it will be a tornado again. At least, that's been my experience.

All kidding aside, your room is wonderful. I can see why you like being there. You have everything you need, including music and the TV. And then your LA. Wow. I'd spend all my time there, too.

All the cabinets n book cases hubby bought and installed himself.. the room was my Christmas present 2010. He loves my hobby and love to help. I'm pretty blessed.. thanks

Very nice - I wish for a long arm machine but no matter how many times I measure the room it just isn't big enough!
