Mine are in a BIG Black plastic bin that my Aunt auctually bought me from WalMart, to organize my quilting stuff with! The bag idea is great, I really want to start doing that! Anyoneinterested in a jelly roll of scrap pieces? I'll sew them together!

Its fun to go through your fabric once in awhile just to remind yourself what you have. I did it recently and didn't remember some of it. :)

I am having fun going through my tubs and putting the fabric on my new shelves. I am to the point of not knowing what to do with the scraps. I have tons of fat quarters...trying to figure out my favorite way of folding them to store them in plastic containers..shoe box size. thanks to all for the ideas for scraps. Loved seeing the photos of the sewing space.

You could make preemie blankets for your local hospital and use the fat quarters for the back. That's what i do! And the hospitals really appreiciate it!
