Looks as though you have a great sewing room. I would make better use of the closet and take the fabric out of the plastic bins and put it on shelves in the closet. Fabric needs to breath, and you can view your stash more easily.

I have a table just like that!!! And it has a "White" sewing machine inside...LOL.!!!

I have a sewing cabinet like that and it has a Sears Kenmore in it. Anewer model but at least 30 yr old. bought for 5.00 on sale.
