Isn't it wonderful to feel so freed? I am getting there too... slowly but surely!

I found the stained glass block at an art show this past summer and had to have it. Pretty neat to know that you used to make stained glass! It is kind of "quilty" doing so.

Looks great to me, I think I see a 9500 Janome there. I have that machine, use it a lot. I had just cleaned my closet and reorganized it. Fabric was falling out everywhere. It does feel good to clean up.

I have been making my scraps into quilts and am still doing it. I made 7 last year an 6 so far this year. I have lots and lots of fabrics and I will keep it all and try to use it up. It is all very neat and behind closet doors. After I go to the big quilt room in the sky, my Daughter and Granddaughter can do whatever they want with it. Until then I am finishing one quilt and immediately starting another.
Your room looks perfect for you.

Congrats to you! It takes real guts to get stash out of the house. Much easier to get it in!

You did a great job. We all have to make the best use of what we have. My sewing room is not very big but it works for me and I have to keep it all under control. It doesn't spill out into the rest of the house. I'm sure most of us have way more than we can ever use... ))))
