What a lucky lady to have a son who listens to your needs and wants. My son would say something like "Now Mom, let me tell you what you really want!"
Can't wait to see the pictures of your new room.

You are gonna love two rooms, I know I do. My main sewing room is 10x 15, my cutting table, 2 sewing machines and an embroidery machine and the bulk of my fabric is. My other sewing room we call the annex is 10 x 12. In there I have my books batting, fleece and other non essentials I need right away are kept. As well as my Bailey long arm machine. My husband made a custom table for it to sit in.

Lucky you and lucky being able to look after your grandbabies. My one is 1200 miles away. And growing up so fast it is scary.
