I love that deep porch overhang, very nice. I like the colors you've picked, too.

Lucky you, that is over half the size of our house. Though I was going to get the 12 x 60 we have here that is empty and now someone (a friend in need of cheap housing) is moving in.

You've got a great studio going. Question.....are you going to insulate it against cold/heat? I don't know where you live, but I'm in Texas & our temps can go from in the teens to over 100 degrees, so I made sure I insulated really good. You're going to love all that space. Can't wait to see the next round of pics.

Yes it is well insulated. I am in MO and gets really cold in the winter and hot in the summer. I will have central air and heat.
