Default "Towel rack chair" at IKEA - would make a good quilt rack

I have been pouring over the Ikea catalog lately and I spotted this - I think it would be a really neat addition to a quilting room. Not sure if I'll have room in MINE for it, but if I do, I totally want one.

It's sold as a "Chair with towel rack", but of course I can tell that's actually a quilt rack. They can't fool me! Just put something heavy in that little shelf and no worries about heavy quilts making it "tippy".

Doesn't look particularly comfortable to sit in, though...I'm thinking it'd be a great spot for a bed for a quilt inspector.

It looks like a quilt rack to me too! It will probably be comfortable when the quilts are on the back. Now it want one!

Love that! You could drape a quilt over the seat part too and use it as a seat cushion

I see a great place to organize and hang strips cut for a log cabin or other quilt while you assemble it. Cute chair.
