My DH walked past while the 1st photo was up - he said it looked like my room - my cutting table and the top of my quilt storage unit are covered with scraps needing processing. I need to stop sewing for a week or two and spend the time cutting.

I like your new machine. It looks really nice. I am working on my reorganization also.

I had to cut fabric for a swap today so I put some time into cleaning up. Much less of a mess now. I love the progress you have made.

I think we all have in common the "messy room" thing. My friend would never let me in her sewing room--she said it was too messy. But she spent a lot of time "looking" for things that she just went and bought again to find it later. I have 2 sewing rooms and one is half way decent and the other is a mess!!

Well ladies, my sewing took a bit of a back seat because my son and his girlfriend decided they were going to move in together, but between her moving out of her uni accommodation and moving into the new flat guess what happened. She moved in here. Which in itself was not a problem because she's a lovely girl. But her stuff, well that's a complete other story. Let's just say that my formerly tidy(ish) dining/sewing room, returned to it's former "glory".

But they moved out on Wednesday. And my younger son decided he was moving into his brother's bedroom. So now that means there is a spare bedroom. So guess what's going to happen over the next week or so? Yes I'm moving upstairs and having a dedicated craft room. Albeit with a double bed in it.

There will be more pics when it's done.
