Default Zomg.

it has finally started to settle in that our new house - still a rental until we get on our feet again after grad skool - but a whole house none-the-less, has ample room for me to create a dedicated sewing room in the finished basement.

i have been looking through these pictures gathering up ideas.

i can barely contain myself, i am so excited!

The sewing room pics are like eye candy to me. Hope you find some ideas to use for your special room.

I'm happy for you! Now get some graph paper out and design your space - remember to allow for ironing, cutting, sewing and plenty of space ahead of your sewing machine to set up a table to hold weight from a quilt when you are quilting. And show us pictures when you're done - we are all peeping toms when it comes to sewing spaces.

Congrats on having your own space. I am lucky to have a dedicated, tiny room for dewing. I gave up one much larger, but I persevere.
