cut main fabric 6 1/2 x 5 1/2, lining 7 1/2 x 5 1/2

you need two pieces of fabric, one main piece and one for the lining
blog6068-attachment374304-attachment-169763.jpe

sew 1/4 inch seam along both ends of the 5 1/2 sides, right sides together
blog6068-attachment374305-attachment-169764.jpe

turn right sides out and press so that your lining fabric shows evenly on both sides of your main fabric
blog6068-attachment374306-attachment-169765.jpe

bring both sides to the center and press
blog6068-attachment374307-attachment-169766.jpe

sew across the ends using 1/4" seam
blog6068-attachment374308-attachment-169767.jpe

then zig zag stitch across the same ends
blog6068-attachment374309-attachment-169768.jpe

Turn the tissue holder right side out, use a point turner to poke the corners neatly
